Our test kitchen is the heart of Good Food, where the team gathers to develop, taste and debate each and every recipe to ensure we’re living up to our precious reputation as Britain’s biggest and best food magazine. The cover recipe always starts with a question: how can we use seasonal ingredients in a new and exciting way? In our efforts to surprise and delight you, our valued readers, we don’t always get it right first time: our thorough testing process means we can make three or four versions before we’re satisfied that we’ve truly cracked it.
