Forget the soufflé—turn that casserole into a happy little basket of spring pretties for the table. WHAT’S YOUR HANDLE? Seasonal vines and bendable branches, like these pussy willows, turn into attractive trimming. MAKE IT Cut floral foam to fit dish, soak until moist, and set in the dish. Cut tulip stems so that the bottoms of the blooms sit just below the top of the dish. Use an unsharpened pencil to bore holes in the foam for the stems, then pack tulips tightly to create a pavé effect.
