why you should consider shooting tethered

Photo by: Sander Dalhuisen Digital photography is great in many ways. No film costs to consider and you’re free to fire off shots as frequently as you like. There’s also the added bonus of being able to see your shot instantaneously on the LCD screen on the back of the camera. But actually, the LCD screen often fools people into thinking they’ve captured the perfect shot. The screen is great for checking you’ve got everything into the frame, but it won’t give an accurate representation of your exposure, focus or any little things that are ‘off’ in an image. So, one way round this is to shoot tethered to a laptop. WHY SHOOT TETHERED? As I’ve already mentioned above, your LCD screen isn’t the most accurate representation of your images.
