The singer‑songwriters Joss Stone and Conner Reeves have been friends for more than 20 years, going back to their collaboration on her second album, Mind Body & Soul. Now, Grammy Award‑winning Joss, 38, and composer Conner, 53, who is known for his 1997 album Earthbound and has written songs for the likes of Sir Rod Stewart, Tina Turner and Westlife, have reunited to release a duet.
The love song, Slow Lightning, features on Conner’s latest album Ten Thousand Days and the Church of the Restoration – his first record for 27 years.
