The young paramedic has been seriously struggling with her mental health since enduring a shocking attack from an abusive patient. When I heard that I might be giving birth to my own great-grandchild, I thought, ‘Is that not a bit far-fetched?’ But when you break it all down, it’s believable. Charity sees the pain in Sarah, and for her to be able to give something to Sarah is such a beautiful thing. Could Mack and Charity move past this secret if it was uncovered?
