It’s a new year, and as we start up again we have all hopefully had some time to rest, relax, and recoup. Many of us have struggled over the last few years – overwhelmed with a sense of stress, exhaustion, and burnout. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, social, and spiritual exhaustion.
