In court documents filed last month, the actress-director accused the actor of “embarrass[ing] me professionally” by having her served custody papers onstage during her CinemaCon presentation in Las Vegas in April. “Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard,” Wilde said in the filing, obtained by People. “He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible.” In the documents Sudeikis, 46, said that he did not intend for Wilde, 38, to receive the papers onstage, but instead at Heathrow Airport in London, where she’s been spending time with boyfriend Harry Styles, 28, a U.K. native. “I understand that the process…

Ezra Miller’s legal issues, which include two separate arrests in Hawaii this year, continue to mount. Authorities have not been able to locate a 25-year-old mother and her three kids who were staying at the actor’s Vermont property, and they suspect Miller is hiding their location. According to court documents viewed by Rolling Stone, Vermont State Police recently tried to serve an emergency care order to the woman, based on evidence and concern for the children’s safety; Miller reportedly told officers the family had left the property months ago.
