On April 30, 2025, No. 1616, an SD70M, rolled from Jenks Shop in North Little Rock, Ark. The fresh paint represented colors worn by UP 4-4-0 No. 119 at Promontory, Utah, on May 10, 1869. Lincoln’s railroad fascination is now honored by a contemporary locomotive.
