location: Bixby, Oklahoma established: 2007 size: 2,200 square feet Situated in the cooling shade of 40 towering pecan trees, The Log Cabin Quilt Shop occupies a lofty log cabin structure in the northeastern quadrant of Oklahoma, about 10 miles southeast of Tulsa. Inside and out, the shop, completed in 2007, feels authentic with splendid samples hanging from the rafters of the A-frame cabin, kits and precuts lining country cupboards, and fabrics in warming colors and patterns filling the shelves. About 150 bolts of wildlife fabric echo the cabin’s rustic theme. “I love nature,” shop owner Dianna LeClair says.
