Easy Does It
MY UNPOPULAR OPINION: Meal prep isn’t worth it. I know, I know. I used to do it religiously. On Sundays I’d get the drumsticks spiced and on the pan, make a vat of marinara sauce, toil over a turkey meatloaf that, after baking, could be severed into single servings and frozen. I’d pack every snack for the week (about 16—or 16 million? I’d lose track) in mini resealable containers, the fresh fruit and veggies stacked in the fridge, the shelf-stable stuff on the counter.
