Ikhwezi Political Movement (IPM) said they were alerted while campaigning on Saturday that some ANC leaders were campaigning inside the municipal offices. The party yesterday refuted the allegations. The IEC had approved a record 1 110 257 applications for special votes. This is a 62% increase compared to the corresponding election in 2016.
