Bath: Troublesome flooding in the 447-yard Devonshire Tunnel, which now forms part of a 13-mile cycleway and walkway on the old Somerset & Dorset route, may be resolved by new pumps being installed by Sustrans.
Newquay: Track laying into the new platform was carried out while services were suspended over the branch between November 19-December 12. Palm trees displaced by the redevelopment have been donated to the Lappa Valley Railway.
