WELCOME TO THE AIR FRYER REVOLUTION
I love my Instant Pot. I really do. So when my son Chris suggested we get an air fryer, I told him, “Fine. But you try it out. It’s just a fancified convection oven.” Wow, did he show me otherwise. We’ve since both fallen in love with our little air-frying guy. Even my wife, Ginger, likes it, and she’s not a gadget fan. It’s healthier (virtually no oil!), gets food crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, uses just one pan (the fryer drawer), and doesn’t heat up the kitchen. Best of all for Ginger, it means Chris and I are the ones making dinner. Easy to use? Yes. Easy to find recipes? Not so much. As in early days of electric multicookers, there aren’t many recipes to…
