They’ve been cropping up more widely in American supermarkets. Try them as a snack or as a surprising addition to salads or cheese boards. Whisk together 1 cup packed brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon in a bowl, then transfer to a large zip-top plastic bag. Peel, core, and slice 1 fresh pineapple.
