Ask an adult to singe the ends with a lighter to keep it from fraying. Step 2 Thread a pony bead and a lanyard hook onto the cording Knot the lanyard hook in place, keeping a ½-inch tail. INGREDIENTS: • 4 apples• 1 (10-ounce) bag chocolate melting wafers• wooden craft sticks or lollipop sticks• wax paper• assorted sprinkles and candies DIRECTIONS: 1. Start by thoroughly washing and drying the apples. Have a parent insert the wooden craft sticks or lollipop sticks into the cores of the apples at the stem. 2. Fill up bowls with the different types of toppings you want to use on your candy apples. You can use sprinkles, candy or even crumbled up cereal or cookies! Set aside. 3. Pour the bag of chocolate melting wafers into a bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir it.
