Editor’s letter
I have the cold sweat of dread tickling my neck as I write this, wary of tempting fate to prove me wrong, once again. But all going to plan (remember those?) by the time you read this, Sydney’s restaurants will once again be open for business, with Melbourne just moments away from joining them. Like everyone, I’ve been dreaming about where to go first (…and second… and third). In fact, I have booked about 10 meals out in the next fortnight, and I intend to relish every one of them. Several will be at establishments featured in this issue, as we present the 2022 Restaurant Awards and Guide. In addition to our individual award winners, we have also rounded up the Top 80 restaurants across Australia. And of course, we celebrate…
