Welcome to our new year issue of Vegan Food & Living. To our regular readers: it’s good to see you again, we hope you’re well. To those of you joining us for the first time: welcome to the family, we’re so happy to have you with us. As always, we’re kicking off the new year with lots of delicious recipes designed to encourage everyone to have a slightly healthier start to January after the excesses of Christmas. But we also know that it’s still cold (and often a bit miserable) outside, so we’ve made sure that the recipes tick the boxes of being appetising, warming and comforting, while encouraging us to add a better nutritional balance to the mix.
