A restraining order put on Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin has been dismissed after the complainant withdrew his disturbing claims. “The petitioner ceased his claims voluntarily,” a judicial spokesperson told the Associated Press. “This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them,” Martin’s legal team said. “We are glad our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life.” NBC News confirmed that the person who filed for the restraining order was the son of 50-year-old Martin’s sister, with documents obtained by the news source alleging that he and Martin had a sexual and romantic seven-month relationship.…
