Every year as we head into spring, I realise how much I love to hibernate during winter and that the days of hiding under big coats and woolly jumpers are rapidly running out. But whereas in the past I might have tried to adopt a depressing diet and ultimately unsustainable fitness regimen, I’m encouraged by a shift in attitudes towards what it means to be healthy. This change in mindset is wonderfully reflected in our special Wellness Issue, which is packed with real tips and advice over 30 pages – and there’s not a diet in sight!
