I love the clever ways in which homeowners in this issue have organised their homes. The Tauranga-based Hoskins have a highly organised mud room and a hobby area that makes me feel instantly happy. With no extra space inside, the O’Shannessys took their ideas outside and turned the garage into a workroom. And when planning their new-build in Christchurch, the Baylises discovered a loophole in the subdivision covenant which allowed for a loft space – this area is now home to three bedrooms, a family retreat and extra storage. I’m so impressed – you people could be professional organisers!
