Mindful living: what does it mean exactly? I think it’s different for everybody. For me, it means checking in on how I’m feeling and making adjustments along the way if something in my life needs tweaking. I prioritise things I love doing in my free time to ensure I stay in a healthy mindset (easier said than done most of the time, but I do try!).
