After nine years playing dangerous designer Quinn Fuller on B&B, Rena Sofer taped her final episode on August 5. Her last airdate is scheduled for August 29. “Now is my time to see what’s out there for me,” Sofer tells Digest exclusively. “I had already decided this was going to be my last contract, but when they finished the story of Quinn and Carter coming together, it seemed like the right time.” So don’t expect to see her back for a visit in the near future. “It’s hard enough to be on a soap opera when you don’t have a story,” reflects Sofer, “but to come back in a recurring role to a show that you were fully invested in as a daily player would not be a comfortable place for me.…

Kristen pressures Rolf to alter Stefan’s memory before reviving him, insisting the diabolical doctor erase Stefan’s feelings for Gabi and enhance his feelings for Chloe. An eager Rolf gets to work, but perhaps too hastily. with Brandon Barash (Stefan, DAYS) How did you react to hearing the show was killing Jake and you would be playing Stefan again? Did that take you by surprise? “It did and it didn’t, because I felt like Jake kind of lost his way. His storyline just kind of stopped. I took that as they either didn’t know what to do with him anymore or they were going to get rid of me or get rid of the character. After sleeping with a disguised Sheila, Deacon has some decisions to make, especially when his parole officer knocks on his door. “When [the parole officer] shows up, Sheila is hiding in the bathroom and makes a noise, so Deacon says it’s his girlfriend,” begins Sean Kanan (Deacon). “He says, ‘You’ve got a girlfriend? I need to know who you are associating with,’ and Deacon says, ‘No, she just spent the night. You know how it is.’” The parole officer doesn’t automatically accept Deacon’s story. “He’s like, ‘Are you hiding anything?’ The place is a mess.
