The requested Easy No-stir Mac and Cheese (p61) was a particular hit and looked just like the picture! I also made the Mustard Pork with Garlic Butter Vegetables (p30) as we all love the idea of a one-pan dinner (especially with three boys who don’t relish washing up). “Unfortunately everyone seems to be completely baffled by celeriac, but it’s beautiful in soups or thinly sliced into salads. When roasted it goes sweet, and when mixed with potato and mashed, it’s a complete joy.” JAMIE OLIVER, CHEF AND LOOK OUT FOR Grapefruit | Jerusalem artichokes | Kohlrabi | Pomelo | Swede | Witlof Celeriac While it’s not going to win any beauty contests at the greengrocer, celeriac is wonderfully versatile and can be eaten raw, roasted, pickled, mashed or boiled. Its flavour is best described as a mix of parsley and celery, and it gets cooked much the same way as potato. TO STORE: Remove and discard stalks and store in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to 7 days. PERFECT PARTNERS: Fish, beef, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, lemon, walnuts, cream, parmesan. QUICK IDEA:…
