Holiday-Ready
As I’m writing this, we’re in the middle of a heat wave. You see, it’s deep into August as we work on our December/January issue each year, so it’s just a little jarring to be surrounded by a flurry of holiday brunches, snowy sweets, festive cocktails and jam-packed gift guides while glistening in the late-summer heat. But once I get a first peek at the images of dreamy, delicious holiday dishes and delights that will eventually show up in these pages, I’m instantly whisked away to the most wonderful time of the year. And, oh, how wonderful it is! This issue is positively brimming with holiday cheer from cover to cover.
