Upgrading to a new iPhone is always an exciting process, but there’s one aspect that’s never fun: the cost. Apple’s latest crop of smartphones are the company’s most expensive yet, with the iPhone XS starting at £999, the iPhone XS Max at £1,099, and the iPhone XR at £749. Last month Apple achieved a wonder: it made the iPad Pro exciting again. Apple has released its earnings report for the fourth quarter ending on September 30. Overall revenue reached $62.9 billion, marking a 20 percent boost from the year-ago quarter, and quarterly earnings per diluted share amounted to $2.41, marking a 41 percent increase. International sales played a big role in this success story, as they were responsible for 61 percent of Apple’s revenue. When we took a look at the iPhone XS and XS Max performance in our reviews, we confirmed what we expected: they are not only the fastest iPhones ever made, but the fastest phones, period.
