CREATING A WELL-BEING CALENDAR: A Simple Tool for a Healthier Life
We use business calendars for our day-to-day tasks as well as long-term projects. In my experience, hardly anyone does not use some kind of calendar or ‘to-do’ list. Typical entries in a calendar can look like: 10:00 am: Send replies to urgent emails. 11:00 am: Huddle with the team on the new product launch. 12:00 noon: Set up call on the new service level agreement templates. 3:00 pm: Meeting on my performance review.
