Whenever we send out a membership survey to ask how you're enjoying the magazine, one thing we always hear back is that you'd like even more simple, everyday vegan recipes that don't contain weird ingredients, or take hours to prepare. You spoke and we listened. So this issue we kick things off with a bumper section packed with easy recipes that take less than an hour to cook, contain no more than 10 main ingredients, and you can buy everything you need from a supermarket. Vegan cooking doesn't have to be complex or expensive to be really tasty, and we think the recipes from page 12 onwards help to show this perfectly.
