it’s time for all things fall!

I closed my eyes for a second, opened them, and boom it’s fall. It’s like the Green Day song, “Wake Me Up When September Ends” … kind of? But seriously, where did the year go? Growing up in Michigan, the change of season meant pulling out the long sleeves and pants from basement storage and, of course, visiting the pumpkin patch and apple orchard for apple cider, caramel apples, and donuts. Being in LA, well the weather doesn’t change as much, but there’s definitely a chill in the air! With that comes pumpkin spice everything, hot coffee, and temperatures just cool enough for desert camping. The VegOut team dug deep and sifted through the best of LA to bring you this seasonal issue. From fall drinks and donuts to the perfect chilly…

your seasonal fix of vegan pumpkin spice lattes & beyond!

HI-FI ESPRESSO Fall lends us lots of excuses to do things we’d really love to do year round, like skipping errands to go out drinking in the name of “Halloween,” baking copious amounts of cinnamon rolls, and waterfalling soy nog straight from the carton. Did we forget to mention it’s also America’s time to obsess over everything “pumpkin,” which really means obsessing over cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg, aka the holy medley regarded as pumpkin spice.
