SUNDAY, AUGUST 14 MELON DAY Serve up fun food! Turn a watermelon into an adorable frog that makes it extra fun to get your fill of fruit! To make: Cut a ¼" slice off the bottom of a watermelon to create a flat base. Use a marker to draw on the shape of the frog’s mouth; cut out, reserving cut rind. Use a melon baller to scoop out fruit, then place melon balls back inside the frog’s mouth. From reserved rind, cut out 4 frog legs, 4 three-toed feet and 2 eyes.
