WEDNESDAY, JULY 10 NATIONAL PIÑA COLADA DAY Enjoy a summer sip! Transport yourself to the tropics and whip up a strawberry piña colada created by Heather McCurdy (RealTheKitchenAndBeyond.com). To make: Pour ¼ cup of pureed strawberries into 4 glasses. Blend 2 cups of ice, 4 cups of diced pineapple and a 13.5-oz. can of coconut milk in blender until smooth. Add 2 oz. of rum. Fill glasses ⅓ of the way with the blended drink. Add 2 more spoonfuls of pureed berries, swirling in the glass. Top off with more piña colada and a final dollop of strawberry puree.
