To make Shamrock Cookie Pops: Roll out sugar cookie dough (opt for store-bought dough to save time!) and use cookie cutters to cut out shamrock shapes. Insert lollipop sticks halfway into the dough, then bake as usual. Let cool, then coat the front of the cookies with canned white frosting that’s been slightly melted in the microwave and tinted green with food coloring.
