FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14 NATIONAL DESSERT DAY Bliss in every bite! Upgrade a box of brownie mix with a seasonal twist for a treat no one will be able to resist! To make Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies: Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter as directed and set aside. Next, beat 8 oz. of softened cream cheese,1 ½ cup of heavy cream,1 ½ cup of pumpkin puree and 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice with an electric mixer. Pour 3 ⁄4 of brownie batter into a lined 8" square dish. Top with pumpkin mix and swirl remaining batter on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove, then slice and serve. Yum!
