To make Chocolate-Espresso Kisses: In small bowl, combine 1 sugar cube and 1 Tbs. of hot water; stir until dissolved and syrupy. In ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine ¼ cup of vanilla-flavored vodka, 2 Tbs. of coffee liqueur, 1 Tbs. of chocolate liqueur, ¼ cup of espresso or strong coffee (chilled) and simple syrup.
