To make: Prepare Rice Krispies treats according to box directions, adding in ½ tsp. of vanilla extract. Press into 9"x13" pan. Next, make a chocolate layer, following the same steps as above and stirring in 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips until melted. Press chocolate layer firmly onto first layer while still hot; sprinkle with 2 Tbs. of sprinkles. Let stand until firm, at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
