Revamp my fire I love your magazine – it inspired me to transform my fireplace! I made the candle holders with cement and spray paint. I also made the heart decoration out of twigs and reused an old basket for wood storage. My room looks so fresh now and I’ve saved money in the process by upcycling. Swan Nordic two-slice toaster in Blue, £40 , AO.com This is a toaster you’ll want to put in prime position on your worktop! With its simple Scandi style, blue hue (also available in Green, Grey and White) and the fact that it toasts wonderfully, it’s a real winner. It has six timer settings and the usual defrost function, but we particularly love its ‘reheat’ setting – very handy for forgotten slices – and its satisfying push-release crumb tray, which is easy to empty to keep the toaster clean. Two-slice toaster in Vintage Rose, £60 , Cuisinart The kitchen embodiment of ‘pretty in pink’, this toaster is definitely the most stylish of the bunch. Combining gleaming stainless steel with a metallic rose shade, this toaster not only looks the part, but performs well, too. Its…
