What I’m loving…
I was so pleased to read about Emma Kaye’s foray into making dog food (read the ‘Entrepreneurs’ story on page 32), because we’ve been doing it for years. And, despite Lemon looking slightly ‘patchy’, as one of our friends described him the other day (and who doesn’t, at this time of year?), our dogs are both in pretty good nick. It’s easy, too: one big batch every five or six days or so, and that’s it. That said, it’s not without its problems: our fridge is usually so full of dog food we have very little room for other household essentials, like wine. And when we go away, we have to find a house sitter willing to make it, because after all this time Lemon flat-out refuses to eat kibble.…
