It’s still early in the year, but some of us have already let our New Year’s health and fitness resolutions slide. Do you feel deflated when you fail to stick to your fitness plan? More often than not we let small setbacks derail our overall journey, ultimately resulting in the complete abandonment of our goals. Setbacks happen to everyone, but it is how you bounce back that ultimately determines success. You have to allow some degree of flexibility with an understanding that life happens.
