I’m writing this month’s note from Paris, where I’m here to attend our annual Glamour Editors’ Conference. Being a relatively new Glamour EIC, this is my first conference and my first experience meeting my fellow Eds from 15 other global markets. From the insightful experiences sharing our vision for our individual brands, body consciousness, mental health and women empowerment were consistent themes. Wherever we are in the world, as women, we want to see a diverse, fair and authentic representation of ourselves. Recently, Dove launched their global campaign, #ShowUs.
