THE CAKE THAT KEEPS GIVING… I’ve made your excellent flourless chocolate cake recipe from the November issue three times so far. My son chooses to be dairy free and my daughter-in-law is gluten intolerant and, very unusually, your cake ticks all the boxes if I serve it with dairy-free yogurt. They and their children, along with the rest of us, all think it’s delicious. I’ve been a subscriber to your magazine almost since it launched and always find it an interesting, informative read.
