FEAR STREET 2021 Oh boo-hoo, do you really think that some stranger is going to give your kids weed edibles on Halloween while they’re out trick-or-treating? What kind of motive would bring anyone to spend that much money on edibles, just to laugh at kids or something? Give me a break, nobody would EVER do that on purpose, or even on accident. There are laws preventing products from looking like popular candy brands (in most places at least), and the packaging is specifically designed to be unattractive to kids. And any parent worth their salt would NEVER leave cannabis out for their kids to grab either, anyway. You gotta kid-proof your home so they don’t drink bleach, and the same goes for weed. If I see that stupid news headline one…

go for the gold

Olympic star Ross Rebagliati discussed his thoughts with High Times about the World Anti-Doping Agency and the International Olympic Committee, as well as Sha’Carri Richardson’s setbacks at the Tokyo Olympics. Rebagliati was 21 when he won an Olympic medal, just to get it taken away (and later given back again) for marijuana use. THC was not on WADA’s (World Anti-Doping Agency) or the IOC’s (International Olympic Committee) list of banned substances then, but they added it shortly after. “Unfortunately for athletes all over the world like Sha’Carri, things aren’t likely to change so long as the United States maintains cannabis as a Schedule I drug,” Rebagliati said. “Changes made by the United Nations for scheduling cannabis are a step in the right direction—and look to Canada as an example of…

dealing with delta-8

Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan signed a package of legislation on July 13, which included House Bill 4517, a bill that would regulate Delta-8 THC, a psychoactive cannabinoid derived from hemp. HB-4517, amends the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act to define THC and modifies the definitions of “industrial hemp” and “marihuana.” Under the package of bills, Delta-8 THC products will only be legally available from cannabis retailers licensed by the state’s Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) beginning on October 11. The measure also requires the MRA to establish a THC limit on products intended for human or animal consumption. Currently in Michigan, unregulated, Delta-8 THC goods can be found at gas stations, convenience stores and other retail outlets. Because the products are not regulated by the state, most are…

Double the kief—double the fun! Posted on the weekly #FrostyFriday, this Purple Punch X, shot by @hydrostar. pro is a fine example of progressive ways to smoke pot. These nugs have been infused with bonus additional kief “electrostatistically.” This process certainly stirred up conversation on Instagram, and people wrote it off as PGR bud—a usually undesirable bulking method using plant growth regulators. However, this process is completely different, and probably closer to the process of making moon rocks-type products.…
