I’m embarrassed to have to admit that I’ve always been one of those people who try to do everything at once. I regularly read the many emails in my inbox as fast as possible and answer them just as briskly - only to realise, after I’ve pressed the ‘send’ button, that in my haste I’ve misunderstood something.
