Smile, it’s summer Due to give birth in the next few weeks? Good news! Japanese research has found that babies born during the summer months are likely to be more cheerful than winter babies – but, don’t worry, we know they’re all bundles of joy really! 77% of parents think their baby has the best smell in the world. M&B LOVES Summer brew If you rarely get the chance to finish a hot cuppa, opt for a refreshing mug of Strawberry Lemonade tea (£5.45, birdandblendtea.com), which can be enjoyed hot or cold. It contains elderberries, apple and hibiscus, which is rich in antioxidants that help fight compounds that cause damage to your cells. It’ll give your energy levels a boost, too. Say cheese! Heading off on your tot’s first holiday? Capture all those magical memories with Baby’s…

Then, when you get there, the fun really starts! I think it’s fair to say that holidays with your darling offspring are a tiny bit different to your child-free days but, if we’re really honest with ourselves, would we change them?…

Once upon a time... This is my beautiful baby boy, Eli, at nine weeks old. DANIELLE KIRK, LEEDS This is my little boy, Theo, seven months, demonstrating a mum-hack I’ve been putting to good use! I’ve attached Velcro to the back of his bib and the table to help catch all the bits of finger food Theo drops, so he’s able to pick them up and continue eating! Sarah Clark, via email Nap happy! Thank you so much for your feature The secrets of a happy napper. It came just at the right time, as my daughter Matilda had just entered…
