As I sit here and write this I can’t help but reminisce about the past 15 years here at Muscle Evolution. WEIDER BCAA 8:1:1 This powerful formula contains L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine to kickstart the muscle-building process. The inclusion of elevated levels of L-Leucine – 8-times that of the other two – is the key to muscle strength and power as this amino acid switches on muscle activity and stimulates protein synthesis to ensure a rapid and pronounced response to workouts. Weider’s BCAA 8:1:1 is directly absorbed into muscle tissue to enhance exercise performance during workouts by providing added fuel that also prevents muscle catabolism, and accelerates recovery and repair after training. Simply mix 10g (2 teaspoons) in 200ml of ice cold water, then shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Ideal of use during or after training, depending on your amino acid requirements.
