I guess that I’ll start this issue off with a confession of sorts: I’ve never been much of a foodie… (Say what?! The shock, horror, of outing myself in the Ed’s note of a food issue.) For those of you who know me, this won’t come as much of a surprise. Cue empty (neat) fridge, Woolies ready-made meals, routine eating, late-night Nesquik drinks, cereal for dinner and the occasional KFC guilty pleasure… You get the idea.
