WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16 FRESH VEGGIES DAY Drink your veggies! Add an extra dose of vegetables to your day with a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary cocktail! To make Ultimate Bloody Marys: Add 1 (46 oz.) bottle of tomato juice, 3 Tbs. of lime juice, 1 tsp. of Worcestershire, 2 tsp. of horseradish, 1 tsp. of Tabasco, 1 tsp. of diced shallot and 1 tsp. of celery salt to a pitcher. Stir until smooth. Chill 1 hour. Before serving, add 11⁄2 cups vodka. Stir. Moisten rims of 8 glasses with lime juice and dip into salt on a plate. Fill glasses with ice, then add Bloody Mary mix.
