TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 NATIONAL BEER LOVER’S DAY Raise your glass! Even non-beer lovers will enjoy this raspberry beer cocktail from the Woman’s World mixologists, which has the perfect fruity flavor. To make a Raspberry Shandy: Make raspberry simple syrup by adding ¼ cup of raspberries, 2 Tbs. of sugar and ¼ cup of water to a pot; bring to a boil. Cook until berries break down and sugar dissolves, 3 minutes. Strain; let cool. In cocktail shaker, combine syrup, 4 Tbs. of raspberry liqueur and 2 tsp. of lemon juice. Cover; shake well.
