Team Teleport I’d like to teleport to the Amazon Rainforest! There are so many cool plants and animals to see. Getting there is hard, so teleporting would make it super easy and quick. I like psychic-type Pokémons, and they can teleport. The idea of time travel does fascinate me, but I’d rather go anywhere in the blink of an eye. I want to teleport anywhere in the world because I could play tag easily with my cousins in Turkey. Also, because I can go to fun places when I’m bored. You’ll need: • white plate• colour-coated candy• warm water What to do: 1 Place the candy on the plate. 2 Carefully pour just enough water to cover the bottoms of the candies. 3 Check the candies after a few minutes. You’ll need: • banana pieces• melted milk, dark or white chocolate• tube icing• popsicle or lollipop sticks• baking sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment What to do: 1 Put a stick into the end of a banana piece. 2 Dip the banana into melted chocolate. (Ask a grown-up to help!) Let the extra chocolate drip off. 3 Place the banana on a baking sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper and then freeze it for a few hours. 4 Remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Why does hair turn grey when you get older? Julien Each strand of your hair grows from a hair follicle (say: FAHL-ih-kul). Our hair follicles have pigment cells that make a chemical called melanin (say: MEL-uh-nin). This gives hair its brown, black, blond or red colour. As we grow older, these pigment cells begin to die off. Fewer pigment cells means less melanin, so our hair starts to grow in a lighter colour, such as white, silver or grey.
