Helderberg Academy of Theatre (Hat) is hosting its third children’s production in the form of Peter Pan, reinvented to include the members of its drama classes aged seven to 50.
Directed by Darryl Spijkers (Sister Act, 101 Dalmatians, Hairspray) with the assistance of Hat teachers Zain Cassiem and Zané Habig, the story sees leader of the Lost Boys, Peter Pan, lose his shadow during a visit to London, when headstrong Wendy helps him reattach it.
In return she is invited to Neverland, where Tinker Bell the fairy, Tiger Lily and the vengeful Captain Hook await.
