I really enjoyed BBC2’s The Assassination Of Gianni Versace . It was fascinating being explored from the points of view that they chose. I also loved Feud: Bette And Joan as well. I couldn’t take my eyes off it! Comedies have really kept me going – I enjoyed This Country, and I was really tickled by Two Doors Down. WE WOULDN’T BE SURPRISED if some viewers tuned in to the first part of Picnic At Hanging Rock and thought “What’s going on here?” It’s definitely a show that stands apart from the crowd, with a dreamlike sheen over the top that constantly leaves us asking whether anything we see is real – which works brilliantly for the tale of four women vanishing on a school trip at the turn of the 20th century.
