Sausage Pasta
I do enjoy a good sausage pasta! It’s quick, easy and, depending which sausages you decide to use, you can totally change the flavour. I quite like the ones with a bit of chilli in, or apple for a little sweetness.

300g fusilli pasta4 good-quality sausages, cut into quarters2tbsp olive oil, for frying1 clove garlic, sliced1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks500g passataSmall bunch fresh basil leaves, torn, to serve
1 Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until just cooked. As soon as you drop the pasta in, make a start on the sauce.
